If a travel agent or third party makes a service booking request on your behalf, they do so as your agent. Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the balance to the driver on arrival before the first transfer. Failure to make a full payment in advance will result in a breach of our terms and conditions.

We will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential losses and whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions by You or another Member or User or that is not directly attributable to Our negligence. Where We are liable for direct loss this will be limited to a maximum of the total price of the products or services acquired or provided to You by Us in respect of which a claim is made.

Transport For Cyprus reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver ,the vehicle or other passenger(s).

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by Our negligence.

Late Payments - "Late Payment Directive 2011/7/EU"

Invoices must be paid within 30 calendar days after the invoice has been issued. Any late payments are subject to "The Late Payment Directive 2011/7/EU".

Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate which is 8% added to the interest rate as it is published for the current refinance transactions at the web pages of Central Bank Cyprus and the European Commercial Bank (Reference Rate).

All late payments are also subject to a compensation fee depending on the amount due. The minimum fee is 40.00 Euros.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Your access to the Site at any time without notice for any reason.
